In partnership with De Beauvoir Jazz Festival and Bishopsgate Institute, we’re delighted to welcome Gordon Webster to London! One of the most sought after pianists in the lindy hop world – his tremendous musicianship and passion, supported by his first-hand knowledge of social dancing, have inspired lindy hoppers at hundreds of dance events worldwide.
Join us at the wonderful Great Hall in the Bishopsgate Institute, a hidden gem with a huge ballroom in the heart of London.
Whilst this one is a special feature with the inaugural De Beauvoir Jazz festival, Bishopsgate Swing is a monthly event with a live swing band and vintage DJs and a taster swing lesson at the start of the evening. Plus a FREE cloakroom for your belongings.

Social dancing: 7.45pm-11pm (last entry 45 minutes before the end of the event)

The De Beauvoir Jazz Festival begins this year – be a part of London Jazz history.
The team behind the first De Beauvoir Jazz Festival believes that great music should be available to all – that’s why a big part of the festival is free entry. To bring you some extraordinary special performances, we’ve introduced subsidised tickets for select events.
