Peta Cook
Friendly, fun and loves her dancing. Peta started dancing at the age of 3 and spent her whole childhood doing ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary dancing. At Uni Peta found swing dancing and has since taught regularly in her home town Canberra and ran the local performance troupe, a girls performance team and regularly teaches both Lindy Hop and blues. Now London based Peta recently taught in Galway Ireland and has been a great influence on the London dancers every week in Brick Lane and Clapham. Peta placed first in the Australian Swing Dancing championships in 2009 in the Show Case division and has an array of trophies to her name. More than anything it is her perfect lines, graceful movement and love for the dance and the people involved that makes Peta a great person to both work with and learn from.
