Leaving the “Beginner” label behind – Sat Feb 20

SESSION 1:  11-12.30pm  CHARLESTON continued

This session will assume you have done at least two hours of Charleston meaning you have done the very basic step and a few Charleston based moves that are based on the standard 1940s Charleston. We will of course spend the first few minutes going over the basic.

30min lunch break

SESSION 2:  1pm-2.30pm  SIX BEAT swing continued

This session will assume you have done the basic six beat rhythm without triple steps. You will have spent at least two hours on this rhythm and ready to put it to the test! We will of course spend the first few minutes going over the basic.

15min break

SESSION 3:  2.45-4.15pm  EIGHT BEAT Lindy Hop continued

This session will assume you have done eight beat Lindy Hop for two hours but will need some refreshing. Time to dance. Some fun moves combined with solid technique.
