Performance routines approaching...

Clapham Common - Two Brewers Bar (114 Clapham High St SW4 7UJ )
20 Jul 2010

Hi Team Clapham!

(Class notes below...)

We're so excited to have so many new students not only in our beginner class but taking part in our intermediate course. Don't forget that our beginner class starts from scratch each week so bring along some friends who might enjoy it as much as us!

** BREAKING NEWS! **
We have a performance ball coming up in October! Some of you are already aware of what our performance balls are like but for those who are new to the swing world, this is a chance to show off your moves! Beginning in the next few weeks, we'll be teaching routines to both levels 1 and 2 which you will be able to display at the ball. It's great fun learning, and even better performing. If performing is not your thing, that's cool! You don't HAVE to perform but you're still welcome to learn the routine. These routines will be choreographed by US for you guys and last years were a complete hit so we're looking forward to doing it all again. Again, if you have friends who want to take part in this, start bringing them to class now so they don't miss out.

Check out the last routines!!

Level 2 Routine from 2009:

=========================

Level 1 – 7pm – Beginners
1930’s Charleston from scratch! Everyone did a bang-up job last week and totally nailed the Charleston. This week is our last of this crazy rhythm, so come along and join in the fun!

Level 2 – 8:15pm – Intermediates
It's the last week of our Intermediate Course this week, and we wouldn't want to finish without a finale! Fun, crazy moves are the order of the day... for more details you'll just have to come on down :)

See you Tuesday!
