Hi again,
OK guys. Thank you all for being so patient with us in our tour of the Brick Lane area. This is the final week that we are away from our Vibe home, once again we'll be dancing in The Crypt, under the amazingly huge Christ Church!
7:00pm - Level 1 Total Beginners swing dancing class - £8 for the hour!
You don't need to know ANY swing dancing, and you can come whenever you like, as we teach the basics every week as well as some fun things to do with it! Still plenty to learn even if you've come to quite a few classes, as we teach different rhythms every few weeks.
8:15pm - Level 2 Swing Class - £8, or half price if doing both classes
This level presumes understanding of the swing rhythms we teach in the Level 1 class: Side-by-side & Tandem Charleston, 6-beat and 8-beat Lindy Hop. If you are an intermediate dancer but are rusty on a rhythm, just ask us for a refresher before class :)
9:15pm - Social Dancing
Normally we would have some free social dancing, but it's not really possible at this venue sorry. Instead please join us for a drink afterwards :) Social dancing will be back on as normal when we go back to Vibe bar next week.
LEVEL 3 Sadly, with many recent venue changes and a lot of people going away t Herrang, this has had to be deffered until Early August. Keep a close eye on this space for more details coming soon....

This week - Wednesday 30th June:
Level 1: Last week saw us make a start on side by side charleston and this week we're going to continue playing with this fun move. We'll throw in a few more cool moves, but as always, absolutely no experience is required so we will go over the basic from the start. Please just be prepared to have some fun!
Level 2: Ben and I are so excited to see our new bunch of level 2 dancers swinging out. Last week was an absolute buzz to have you all joining us. This week we will carry on with some more 8 beat lindy, giving you some more moves to help refine your technique and have some fun with at the same time. Don't worry experienced level 2 dancers - we are well aware of what we have been working on with you and we will ensure that there is plenty in this class for you to sink your teeth into also. So come and join us for a super fun hour :)
