Hi everyone,
A jam packed diary note for you so I'll keep this intro short...

Level 1 (Beginners)
For the next four weeks we'll be concentrating on Charleston... it's going to fun and crazy, we're looking forward to it. This is a great time to start coming to classes as we're assuming NO prior knowledge! Absolutely everyone will be learning something new!

Last week (25 Feb) we finished off our exploration of six count looking at triple steps - those are going to come back so don't forget them. There was a challenging turn for the lads to boot.

Some Youtube footage here: (not quite Fiona's normal video standard but you can still see what's going on!)

Level 2 (Intermediates)
25 Feb was our 'ragbag' of moves. Everyone coped really well in things that appear unrelated but really aren't! Now that's a brain twister!!! Footage here

4 March we have:  Wrap me up baby it's cold outside...
Theme: Wraps and passbys

This class is all about moves that wrap and unwrap. We'll teach you how to lead these and the world of possibilities that they start to open up for your dancing - using new connection points and momentum.

11 March: Intermediates on 11 March at Southwark is canceled due to The Evita and Michael workshop. We encourage our intermediates to sign up for this special one off workshop.

18 March: Southwark Intermediates will be back the week 18 March with our Swing Out Surgery. We're looking forward to spending some time really pulling those swing outs apart (and putting back together too).
