Angel Gets Swinging!

Firstly a very big, warm WELCOME to everyone who came down to our very first Angel class! You were all fantastic and really took to our 'Hand to hand Charleston' likes ducks to water!

Coming up, we're going to teach you all... **The 1930's Charleston!** We touched on it briefly, but we're going to teach it from scratch on the 1st of March. SO: Bring along any friends you think would enjoy this fun dance! See below for notes from last week...

Hand to Hand Charleston

Start with right foot, kicking across body... then the left, and change the hands... 'Kick & down, kick and down'

We did 3 sets, then our 'Kick arounds', 4 kicks in a circle to our left... 'Right, Left, Right, Left'

Remembering to put in that ATTITUDE and use your arms! Big arms: Clicks, star grabs, points. Small arms: Clicks, penguin hands, braces, fix the hair...

On the second set of kick arounds, the guys did: 'Right, Left, run, run, slide....' Into our side by side position!
